Leon Brener-Hellmund

Leon Brener-Hellmund is a seasoned entrepreneur and multi-sector executive, currently serving as an executive of the Brener Family Office (Grupo BRE) and the founder of his own third-generation family office headquartered in Houston, Texas. Collectively, these family offices oversee a diversified portfolio of active investments spanning real estate, energy, retail, food and grocery supply, industrial manufacturing, transportation, consumer products, sports, and financial services.

Leon brings extensive expertise in real estate investment and development, having worked across the full spectrum of deal sizes and asset classes. Under his leadership and strategic oversight, the Brener Family Office has owned, operated, and developed a wide array of high-profile assets, including luxury hotels, golf courses, stadiums, residential communities, industrial facilities, and land banks. These projects range from Parque Industrial Querétaro—one of Mexico’s most iconic industrial parks—to a newly developed flex industrial park in Conroe, Texas. In recent years, Leon has played a pivotal role in scaling and managing the family’s asset portfolio, with a focus on long-term value creation and operational excellence.

 

In addition to his family office leadership, Leon serves as President and CEO of Grupo Águila, a prominent U.S.–Mexico defense and security company. Over the past nine years, he has transformed the company into an industry leader, recognized for its innovation, operational strength, and strategic relevance in both countries.

Earlier in his career, Leon held a diplomatic role at the United States Embassy in Bern, Switzerland, bringing a global perspective to his work across business, policy, and international relations.

Christ N. Kamberos

Christ N. Kamberos serves as Principal and Chief Operating Officer of Vincit Capital Management, a distinguished family office with strategic focus across real estate, alternative investments, and both public and private equity markets.

Over the course of his career, Christ has demonstrated a proven ability to unlock value through hands-on asset management and strategic repositioning. Notably, he spearheaded the restructuring of a Class-A commercial real estate portfolio, achieving a 40% increase in both property value and net operating income within just 24 months. He also led the execution and sale of two of Chicago’s highest price-per-square-foot commercial transactions—defining benchmarks in the city's real estate market.

Christ has built, owned, and operated a diversified portfolio of commercial, residential, and industrial assets across the U.S., consistently applying an opportunistic and disciplined investment philosophy.

Following a strategic expansion into real estate and alternative assets, Christ established his family office, Vincit Capital Management, leveraging a robust global network to cultivate proprietary deal flow—a core differentiator of the firm. His leadership brings deep transactional expertise to Tierra Capital Partners, where he focuses on final execution, underwriting, due diligence, deal structuring, and investment selection across the real estate and alternative investment landscape.
